Delivery
Information
Assuming your products are
available and in stock we will pack and dispatch your order within 48
hours. To that you must add the following delivery times provided by our
carriers to give you the expected delivery date of your order.
However, if you do not want your order dispatched immediately then you can
state this during the ordering process (giving us the exact date you would
like dispatch to occur) and we will quite happily hold back the goods
until such date.
If you are
ordering 2 bombs or less and require them to be delivered no later than 2
days after placing the order, then please contact us prior to placing the
actual order because the postage charges are likely to be slightly higher
than those stated below. We will then quote you a revised postal
price.

If you feel that
the products have been damaged whilst in transit and are unhappy with
their condition, please inform us and we will gladly replace or refund
them for you.
International
Orders
We are happy to
accept international orders, however, shipping charges vary dependent on
each order and area shipped. If you would like to place an order to
an overseas location then please e-mail sales@partyheroes.co.uk
and we will provide you with the best quote we can for shipping charges.
If you are happy with the cost of shipping then please reply to our e-mail
to inform us of this. We will then call you to take your
credit/debit cards details over the phone and will ship your order within
48 hours of this.
