Ordering Process
Ordering from us couldn't be
easier. Simply type the quantity of each product you want into the field
named [Quantity] and then click on the [Add to Basket] icon beside the
product.
When you click the [Add to
Basket] icon, the item automatically gets added to your
shopping basket, and you
are brought to the shopping basket page. From here you can return to the shop, edit
the details of the basket (i.e. change the quantity of products ordered,
remove an item or empty the basket completely), or go ahead and proceed to the checkout. Payment Options
Online
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, JCB,
Switch, Delta, Solo, and Visa affiliated debit cards. However, at present
we can only accept on-line payment in one of the following three currencies:

US Dollar

Euro
Whilst in the shopping basket you can choose to pay on-line by clicking the
[Checkout] button. This will take you to an order page where you will be
required to fill in all your contact and shipping details. You will also
be asked what method of payment you would like to use and here you must select
the 'Debit/Credit
cards'
option. Once you are happy that all of your details are correct you
should press the [Submit] button at the bottom of the page.
If all the compulsory fields
have been completed successfully you will be taken to a confirmation page.
You should check that all the details you've submitted are correct and if happy,
click on the [Buy Now] button.
Once you click the [Buy
Now]
button you will be taken to WorldPay (one of the world's largest e-commerce
providers ). Here you will be asked to enter your card details. (NB.
Credit and debit card details are fully encrypted and taken in a secure area
using SSL).
When your card is validated you will receive a e-mail confirming the
order. It would be wise to print this page, or at the very least make a
note of the order number, in case of any future queries.

By Post
Whilst in the shopping basket you can choose to pay via cheque by clicking the
[Checkout] button. This will take you to an order page where you will be
required to fill in all your contact and shipping details. You will also
be asked what method of payment you would like to use and here you must select
the 'Cheque'
option. Once you are happy that all of your details are correct you
should press the [Submit] button at the bottom of the page.
If all the compulsory fields

click on the [Buy Now] button.
Once you click the [Buy
Now]
button you will be taken to Order Complete page which tells you that the order has been
successfully submitted and gives you instructions on where to send the cheque
and your customer reference number. It would be wise to print this page, or at the very least make a
note of the reference number, in case of any future queries.
(NB. Paying by cheque will slow your order, as we have to wait for your funds to
clear before we dispatch the order.)
By Phone
If you are still wary about
buying on-line (as many are) or do not like the option of paying by cheque, then we can also
accept payment via the telephone. If you would like to use this option
then please call us on 01730
893390. We cannot guarantee an answer 24
hours a day but if you leave your name and number we will gladly return your
call within 24 hours and to take your order.

International Orders
We are happy to accept international
orders, however, shipping charges vary dependent on each order and area shipped.
If you would like to place an order to an overseas location then please e-mail
us and we will provide you with the best quote we can for shipping charges. If you are happy with the cost of shipping then please reply to our
e-mail to inform us of this. We will then call you to take your
credit/debit cards details over the phone and
will ship your order within 48 hours of this.
